Turn your creativity into a marketable product and business in this 13-week Sewing & Apparel Entrepreneurship Program. No prior sewing experience or current product idea is required. Whether you’re new to sewing, looking to build your skills, or already have sewing experience and want to explore the business side, this program provides hands-on training to help you discover what you can create and how to bring it to market.

 

Students will learn how to take an idea from concept to finished product, including product development, pattern creation, materials and sourcing, sewing and production techniques, manufacturing processes, quality control, pricing, branding, marketing, and sales. Through hands-on projects, students will develop and produce their own products while gaining the knowledge and skills needed to successfully introduce them to the marketplace.

 

Whether you want to launch your own apparel brand, develop a product line, or turn your sewing skills & knowledge into a business, this program provides the practical skills and entrepreneurial foundation to take your ideas from stitch to sale.

The Spring 2027 Sewing & Apparel Entrepreneurship Program starts on February 1, 2027, and concludes on April 30, 2027.
